Vein disease?

Vein disease?
I just found out my best friend has some type of vein disease. She doesn't know that I know. All I know is that she has been put on blood thinners and muscle relaxers. The bad part is that the doc told her that she has a 20% chance of living. Does anyone know what this disease might be? I want to try to do some research. I believe they said that she would probably get a blockage and die. Please help and PRAY!!!

Is it Factor 5 Leiden, peripheral vascular disease, hmmm there are other diseases with the clotting factors of the blood as well...Factor 8 I think is hemophilia, factor 9 is Christmas disease....Just Google it and it may point you in the right direction.
