Does anyone know what to do about swelling legs and ankles?
My legs and ankles seem to swell very easily. Especially in the summer. Does anyone know what I can do to keep them from swelling? and what to do when they do swell? Any ideas will be appreciated. thanks.
Yes, limit your sodium intake. Sodium causes you to retain water by creating high osmotic pressure causing water to move out of your blood vessals, into the cells in your bodyDepending on your age of course, it's probably water retention from too much salt, plus the heat adding to it. So I suggest you quit eating stuff that's loaded with salt. Try Sea Salt, and limit it.
